Chargeback Prevention: We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience and ensure that all transactions are processed securely. To minimize the risk of chargebacks and fraud, we implement various security measures and employ advanced fraud detection tools.

Unauthorized Charges: If you notice any unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card or any suspicious activity related to your account, please contact our customer care team as well as your financial institution immediately. We take such matters seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Chargeback Process: In the event of a chargeback initiated by the customer or their financial institution, we will be notified, and the relevant transaction will be investigated. Chargebacks may occur due to disputes, claims of non-receipt of merchandise and/or digital products, or other reasons.

Chargeback Reason Codes: Chargebacks are classified under specific reason codes provided by the card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). Our team will analyze the reason code associated with the chargeback to determine its validity and take appropriate action.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that a chargeback has been initiated in error or without valid cause, we encourage you to reach out to our customer care team as well as your financial institution to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and to your satisfaction.

Evidence Submission: If you receive a notification of a chargeback, we may request additional information and evidence related to the transaction. Timely cooperation in providing necessary documentation can help in resolving chargeback cases efficiently.

Chargeback Fees: In cases where the chargeback is determined to be valid and not due to our error, we reserve the right to charge a chargeback fee to cover the administrative costs associated with the dispute. The chargeback fee 

to cover the administrative costs is $50 USD per chargeback filed. 

Fraudulent Activity: Any attempts at fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to unauthorized use of credit/debit cards, identity theft, or any other criminal activity, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Such actions are taken seriously, and we cooperate fully in fraud investigations.

Fraudulent Chargeback Legality & Fees: In the event, that a chargeback is falsely filed by the customer or on your behalf our legal team is prepared to take any legal actions necessary and all fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We reserve the right to charge a fraudulent chargeback fee to cover the administrative costs associated with the dispute. The fraudulent chargeback fee 

to cover the administrative costs is $50 USD per fraudulent chargeback filed. We also reserve the right to ban any customer committing criminal activity on our site at anytime without notice.

Customer Responsibility: We urge our customers to safeguard their account information and to not share sensitive data with unauthorized individuals. Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts and notifying us immediately of any suspicious activity.

    Physical Products 

    For physical products only, in the event your order is:

    • Damaged or Broken
    • Not Deliverable/Returned to Sender

    you will be issued an e-Gift card in the form of store credit for the purchase price of your items (minus the 10% restocking fee and shipping fees). In the event you'd like us to reship your package, you will be charged a shipping fee of your choice.

    All clothing is final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for clothing.

    Redeeming An E-Gift Card In The Form of Store Credit

    • To redeem a e-gift card is quick and easy. Simply click on the link within your e-gift card e-mail. The link will then take you to log into your account or create an account if you do not have one. Please note, you can only use e-gift cards on the ODP account that is associated with the e-mail address that you received your e-gift card through.
    • Once logged in the value of the e-gift card will automatically be added to your account balance. You can check your account balance on your account page or when you are logged in at checkout. Your account balance can be used alongside other payment methods.
    • If you have multiple accounts, we are unable to merge or move any account credit over to another account.
    • Your e-gift card can only be used to make purchases online in the same county and currency the e-gift card was bought from. Any purchases made using any amount on your e-gift card by you or any other person will be subject to our website Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
    • If the entire amount on your e-gift card has not been spent, the remaining balance will still be credited to your account. E-gift cards are good for one year.
    • The amount on your e-gift card can be used towards the purchase amount of items that are priced higher than the balance of your e-gift card, provided that you or the user completing the transaction also pay the difference for such items using one of our prescribed payment methods.

    E-Gift Card Expiration Date

    E-Gift cards issued in the form of store credit will expire one year from the issue date. The e-Gift card balance will be forfeited if the funds aren't used within one year. 

    Shipping Policy

    Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products no physical product will be shipped. All digital plans, services, e-books, audits, and recordings, being non-tangible, irrevocable goods are instantly delivered to the preferred email address that a customer enters at checkout.     Physical Products

    Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday – Friday via USPS, excluding selected holidays and weekends. Processing time can take up to 1-4 business days for physical products and is not included in the shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and all U.S. holidays are processed the following business day. All orders will be provided a tracking number.

    • Standard Priority 0lb–1lb  | $6.90 (3 - 4 Business Days)
    • Standard Priority 1lb–5lb  | $9.90 (3 - 4 Business Days)

    Cancellation and Changes

    After your order has been shipped, we cannot change the order or the shipping option.

    Missing Package

    If your package hasn’t arrived, submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS or connect with a USPS representative at 1-800-275-8777. Be sure to provide the following information when filing a request:

    • Sender Mailing Address
    • Recipient Mailing Address
    • Size and Type of container or envelope 
    • Identifying information such as your USPS Tracking number(s)
    • Description of the contents such as what it is and the brand, model, color, or size, if applicable
    • Pictures that could help them recognize your item

    Once your package is marked as delivered, Diamond's Playhouse is no longer held responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages.
